Rental Inventories

Now that the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) is in place it is essential for Landlords and Letting Agents to provide In-Going and Out-Going Inventories that will highlight any changes to the condition of the property. Should a dispute between Tenant and Landlord occur our Inventories will provide un-biased evidence of condition change.
