Complaints.....

Anglia Home Surveys aims to provide a high level of customer care at all times. In the unlikely event of a complaint, we will seek to resolve any initial complaint by telephone, email or in person as quickly as possible.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the survey you should, in the first instance, contact the Energy Assessor who carried out the work. his/her details are given in the EPC.

If you want to make an official complaint, we will deal with it speedily and fairly. We will:

Acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and try to resolve it within 4 weeks of receipt.
Try and resolve your complaint fully within 4 weeks of receipt. If there are valid reasons for consideration of the complaint taking longer, we will keep you fully informed in writing or via telephone or email as you prefer and you will receive a response at the very latest within 8 weeks.
Liaise with counselling organisations acting on your behalf, if you ask us to.
Send you a final decision on the complaint in writing.

If this fails to resolve the matter you may telephone or write to the Accreditation Body, details can be found on the Energy Performance Certificate or Licensing Authority on the Inventory
