If you have lost your EPC or have reason to believe that an one exists for a property, we can retrieve it from the Government database for you. A payment of £20 is required and must be paid in advance. Please complete the form below. Allow 3-4 working days for retrieval.

NB.You must be obtaining the EPC in line with the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations or part 5 of the Housing Act 2004 (or any regulations related to them) for instance, you are the owner or prospective owner, tenant or prospective tenant of the property or acting on their behalf, for example an Estate Agent or Solicitor. You can be fined up to £5000 if you allow anyone to see any part of an EPC or recommendation report if you are not entitled to do so.
