As pack A above, but you supply us with the EPC.

HIP Pack B - Registered Leasehold  £257 (inc vat)

Energy Performance Certificate £57 (inc vat)

National coverage available. The EPC is valid for three years for use within a HIP and 10 years for use with rented property. Supplied as a printable electronic copy .
